In order to unlock you need to complete ebisu's trivia challenge which is similar though a bit harder than Konohamaru's.
Also, I forgot to mention that once you unlock the fourth you can select anyone's alternate/powered up
version from the select screen by holding select


Comprendre que Yondaime est dispo et que pour l'avoir il faut repondre aux questions d'Ebisu (qui n'apparait que quand on a unlocked Konohamaru).
